June 17, 2025 – Woodland Hills, CA – A brazen early morning burglary shook a jewelry store near Canoga Avenue and Ventura Boulevard, where three suspects executed a carefully planned rooftop break-in and made off with an undisclosed amount of valuables. The incident occurred around 4:00 a.m. when the suspects accessed the roof of the building adjacent to the jewelry store. According to LAPD, they used tools to cut through the rooftop and descended into the neighboring business using a ladder. From there, they breached a wall to access the jewelry store. Once inside, the suspects looted a significant but yet-to-be-determined quantity of jewelry before escaping the scene undetected. Investigators believe the same group may be responsible for another similar break-in reported just a day earlier in the Topanga area. Detectives are currently reviewing surveillance footage and gathering forensic evidence to track down the perpetrators.
