The incident occurred around 11:50 p.m. in the 10530 block of Cabot Trail, according to emergency radio traffic. Manvel EMS units responded to the scene and found two individuals suffering from gunshot wounds. Life-saving efforts were performed, but one victim was pronounced dead at the scene. A second victim, an adult female, was airlifted by Life Flight in critical condition. Authorities have not released details on the circumstances of the shooting, and an investigation is ongoing.
