Riverside, CA – A 19-year-old driver has been arrested following a fatal multi-vehicle crash on Market Street in Riverside on the evening of April 16, 2025, which left one person dead and five others injured. The incident occurred just before 6:30 p.m. when the driver, later identified as Isaac Isaiah Villalba of Redlands, was driving a black Dodge Challenger at high speed.
